Job Description

  • Present and effectively communicate how flows, wireframes, and prototypes work and help achieve company goals.
  • Be responsible for usability testing with the internal team and end users, collecting feedback, and creating a plan for product evolution.
  • Master usability
  • Keep up with and educate the team about trends and new technologies for app and web creation.
  • Participate in the development of the company's design system.
  • Combine data-driven and user-centered methodologies to achieve the best results.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into a unique brand and product experience.
  • Be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user analysis, wireframes, flows, testing, implementation, and result analysis.


    • Requirements

    We are looking for an excellent Senior UX Designer to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. This professional will be part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team responsible for creating the experience of both internal and external products. We are seeking a creative problem solver with experience designing flows, prototypes, and experiences to deliver seamless solutions for various audiences.

    We expect you to have:

    • 4+ years of UX design experience.
    • Knowledge of design guidelines.
    • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and UX design process.
    • Experience working with agile teams.
    • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family, and prototyping tools.
    • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
